Mulches

You can have bare ground in your garden, but ugh, that’s not attractive. And it means more water due to evaporation. And more insect pests to chew those fertile stems. We can advise you on the use of mulch, cypress bark, leaves, and several other common mulches.

Adding Herbs & Spices

Many herbs require a little more effort and balance, as they need the water but also don’t thrive in a Florida rainfall regimen. Rock gardens are good places to put herbs, along with large planters. Get ready to have your own basil, oregano, thyme, and cilantro.
